We'll take your church and leaders through the Growing Young Assessment, and others as applicable. Some examples are community demographics, policy & bylaw review, and elder board health. A dedicated prayer team asks God to guide.
Canvassing
We help you oversee a team that goes out into the community with the priority of collecting and observing felt needs--through conversations with townspeople, officials, public forums, school meetings, etc. or by prayer-walking the side streets.

We facilitate a discussion among your leaders to identify three spheres: perceived needs in the community, your spiritual gifting, and prayerfully discerning the calling of your leaders. The nexus of these will organically identify your church's unique call.
